The technical service of an event is smooth when the details are clarified even before on-site setup. Answering the few questions below will in any case help us provide an accurate quote and ensure that the organizer faces no surprises on-site.

The size, ceiling height, and expected number of attendees of the room determine the structure of the sound system: a compact solution is sufficient in a meeting room, whereas a conference room for several hundred people requires distributed sound reinforcement and proper monitoring. It is also worth indicating if the space is strongly reverberant or if the event takes place outdoors.

A hybrid event is not simply an event with an added camera: online viewers need a separate sound mix, a separate video edit, and a stable internet connection. If the broadcasting requirements are known at the very beginning of the planning stage, the on-site technology will be adjusted accordingly—from camera positions to the separation of the projection and stream signal paths.

The aspect ratio of the presentations, the video format, and the length of the playback clips all affect the setup of the visual technology. It is helpful to receive the materials in advance: this way, they only need to be checked on-site rather than converted.

Venue availability, load-in routes, and power supply options often dictate how an event unfolds more than the technical requirements themselves. We typically clarify these details with the organizer and the venue together, before finalizing the quote.
